Pantyhose sewing machine for people with disabilities
A Polish company approached us to design a semi-automatic pantyhose sewing machine, developed to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace.
The project’s primary goal was to combine high quality standards with ease of use, ensuring intuitive and safe operation.
Each work phase was adapted to individual capabilities, promoting operator autonomy, safety, and comfort without compromising product quality.
The pantyhose sewing machine was designed with simplified controls, safety guards, and specific solutions for small-batch production and customization.
Producing small batches allows for high-quality pantyhose, thanks to an ethical, sustainable, and inclusive production process that enhances the skills of operators and ensures precision at every stage of the process.
CLOTHING
Seamless garment processing center with laser cutting and thermal silicone application
A company specializing in the production of seamless garments needed to improve precision, speed, and consistency in the finishing stages, while reducing manual labor.
The goal was to optimize two key processes:
* Laser cutting of the fabric
* Thermal application of non-slip silicone bands on the bodice
Before the project, the client encountered several critical issues related to variable cutting quality and difficulty maintaining uniform silicone application.
An integrated processing center was therefore designed and built to perform high-precision laser cutting of the fabric, ensuring clean and consistent edges, and to manage the controlled thermal application of the silicone bands. The system ensures uniform pressure and temperature throughout the entire production cycle, improving process repeatability even on large volumes and helping to raise the quality standards of the finished product. The project wasn’t limited to the provision of a technical solution, but rather a targeted intervention, tailored to actual operational needs.

Food Tray Weighing and Handling Line
An Italian company requested our support in developing an automated food tray weighing and handling line, aiming to improve production efficiency, precision, and hygiene throughout all stages of the process.
The project was complex and challenging, as the system needed to integrate key features: high-precision weighing, automated handling, and food hygiene and safety.
To achieve these goals, the following were implemented:
- Integrated systems for accurate weight control of each tray.
- Optimized conveyor belts and sorting devices to ensure rapid and continuous flow.
- Materials compliant with FDA and HACCP regulations, easy to clean, and resistant to food-grade detergents.
The customer also wanted to increase productivity and ensure a continuous operating cycle, eliminating the unexpected downtime present in the previous system. The final solution resulted in an efficient, reliable, and safe line capable of supporting the production of high-quality food trays with consistency, precision, and full compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

Delrin Mechanical Kit for Tire Production Press
A company approached us to design and manufacture a Delrin mechanical kit for use in its tire production plant.
The kit was developed to ensure strength, precision, and durability even under harsh operating conditions, thanks to Delrin’s superior mechanical properties. Each component was designed to ensure seamless integration with the press, reduce wear, and improve overall production efficiency.

Custom Mechanical Kit for Lawn Cleaning
Mr. Luca asked us for support in developing and manufacturing a customized mechanical kit for a lawn cleaning machine.
After an in-depth technical analysis, our team designed and produced the kit, defining the optimal materials, dimensions, and solutions to ensure robustness, efficiency, and ease of assembly.
Made with precision machining and meticulous checks, the kit ensures full compatibility with the machine and optimal performance in the field. A custom project, the result of direct collaboration with the customer, designed to offer reliability and impeccable functionality.
PARAPHARMACEUTICAL
Working head for the application of hypoallergenic polymer band on graduated pressure items
A manufacturer of graduated compression textiles needed a precise and reliable solution for applying a hypoallergenic polymer bandage, a particularly delicate phase of the production process. Inadequate control could have compromised both the technical performance and comfort of the final product.
A dedicated workhead was therefore developed, designed to ensure uniform application, compliance with graduated compression values, and process stability even during continuous production.
The introduction of this solution led to a reduction in non-conformities, greater application consistency, and improved perceived comfort, with an overall increase in production efficiency. This customized intervention ensured consistent quality and reliability over time.
